Dallas Cowboys running back DeMarco Murray
was held out of practice Wednesday as he continues to nurse a foot injury. The second-year back hasn't played in nearly a month and as it was reported Tuesday, head coach Jason Garrett said that Murray has "passed some" but not all of the tests in order to be cleared for contact. Last week, Felix Jones
and Lance Dunbar split carries almost evenly, nine and eight respectively.
Fantasy Analysis:
Murray is questionable to play in Week 10. Until he is given the green light, Jones continues to be a solid flex option regardless of league format. That's not to say he has been especially great since he hasn't been, but he is averaging about 16 touches per game. This allows him to accumulate decent yardage, a few receptions, and an outside shot at scoring. Phillip Tanner
and Lance Dunbar are not viable candidates since both seem to be rotating in and out of games, despite Tanner's most recent playing time against Atlanta.
