UPDATE: Cowboys RB DeMarco Murray healthy enough for individual drills

The Dallas Cowboys allowed running back DeMarco Murray @DeMarcoMurray to participate in individual drills Thursday. Usually this involves a light working with limited running and short area work involving cutting and agility. Since Murray has been out, the Cowboys' running attack has suffered, rushing for less than 60 yards per game. The Cowboys want Murray fully healed before risking him back on the field.

Fantasy Analysis:

The safe assumption when analyzing practice participation during the week is that if a player does get some reps in, it typically means the team wants to play him that week as opposed to resting him. Murray's presence doesn't guarantee that he'll play, but it's a positive sign in the right direction. Should he be able to go, put him back in your starting lineups. Felix Jones @felixjones28 still has some value if Murray plays, but the former is nothing more than a deep-league flex option. Both Phillip Turner and Lance Dunbar should be back on the waiver wire assuming Murray can play.
