Jaguars RB Maurice Jones-Drew planning return in a 'couple weeks'

In a recent interview with Fox Sports Radio, Jacksonville Jaguars running back Maurice Jones-Drew @Jones_Drew32 said that he wants to return in a couple of weeks. "It's definitely not going to be the year, but with a foot injury you don't want to mess around with it and come back at 70 or 80 percent," Jones-Drew said. "It's just one of those things that's going to take a little bit of time but it's doing much better."

Fantasy Analysis:

A couple weeks would equal a Week 13 return, just in time for the fantasy playoffs. Give him a week to get his feet under him in Week 13, then stick him back in your starting lineup for Week 14. Rashad Jennings @RashadJennings has not rushed for many yards, but his reception totals were keeping him afloat in PPR leagues. Last week, he didn't get many looks on a short week and now Jennings will face a tough Houston defense. Point being is that it is unlikely Jennings performs really well in the short-term to unseat Jones-Drew as the starter once he is healthy.
