A league source has told Jeff McLane of the Philadelphia Inquirer that the Eagles will give Nick Foles
another start on Monday against the Panthers. Andy Reid has said that Vick is making progress with his comeback from a Week 10 concussion, but he is still unable to practice or even take part in any strenuous exercise. In his first career start last Sunday, Foles completed just 21 of 46 passes for 204 yards and two interceptions.
Fantasy Analysis:
Foles was the anti-Kaepernick in his starting debut, looking very uncomfortable in the pocket and making a number of unwise throws. Of course, his offensive line didn't really help him out. Neither did Reid, who dialed up 46 pass plays. I don't care if you're down by 20 points; you've got to understand when your rookie quarterback is overmatched. I think Foles will be better against the Panthers even though they have a better pass defense than Washington. But Foles remains a low-end QB2 at most.
