Bears quarterback Jay Cutler will meet with an independent neurologist on Saturday, a meeting that he hopes ends with him being given clearence to play Sunday against the Vikings. Cutler has been putting in limited practice all week, and head coach Lovie Smith said Friday that he is "looking good" as he tries to come back from a Week 10 concussion.
Fantasy Analysis:
The Bears still expect him to be cleared in time for kickoff, but we have learned recently to not jump to conclusions when it comes to players with concussions. Hopefully we'll have another update on Cutler tomorrow. If he plays, he'll be a fine QB2 against the Vikings. Of course, Brandon Marshall
's prospects would go up if Cutler is under center, but you are starting him anyway. I think Cutler's return will help Matt Forte
most of all as has been shut down in the past two games.
