Eagles head coach Andy Reid said Tuesday that quarterback Nick Foles
is "likely" to get his third consecutive start ths Sunday night against the Cowboys. That's because Michael Vick
still hasn't passed his concussion tests despite recent efforts to do so.
"We have to get [Vick] healthy here to see where he's at," Reid told the Philadelphia Inquirer. "He took another test [Monday], and he didn't pass it. I'm not going to put him at risk. I'm not going to do that."
Fantasy Analysis:
Foles threw just five incompletions against the Panthers on Monday night, but at least three of them should have been intercepted, and he was exceedingly safe with the large majority of his throws, finishing with an average of 5.7 yards per attempt. His presence will probably continue to mean low numbers for Jeremy Maclin, and it will probably lead to good things for the Cowboys' defense this weekend. Foles is a desperation start in two-QB leagues.
