Packers WR Jordy Nelson cannot practice Wednesday

Green Bay Packers wide receiver Jordy Nelson @JordyRNelson did not practice at all Wednesday as he continues to battle a hamstring injury. He has not played since being injured in a game against Minnesota on Dec. 2nd, which was Week 13. The 27-year-old receiver will need to get on the practice field either Thursday or Friday. He was ruled out last week on Friday and another week of no practice essentially seals his fate. Green Bay hosts the Tennessee Titans in Week 16.

Fantasy Analysis:

It's possible that the Packers opt to give Nelson as much time to heal as possible. They played most of the year with Greg Jennings @GregJennings and other receivers have stepped up in a big way recently. James Jones was huge last week, catching five balls for 60 yards and three scores. Nelson would be a risky start given the chance for re-injury and hamstrings are always delicate upon their return to the field. Play this one by ear until a decision is made and also be prepared for Nelson should he be inactive.
