Packers RB Alex Green 'definitely' available for season finale

Green Bay Packers head coach Mike McCarthy was reported in the Milwaukee Journal-Sentinel as saying running back Alex Green @AGreen_20 will "definitely be available" for Week 17's matchup against the Minnesota Vikings. McCarthy stated he was surprised that Green was not cleared last week and speculated that the second-year back would be ready to go. The former University of Hawaii standout has been waiting for clearance after sustaining a concussion back in Week 15 on the road against the Bears.

Fantasy Analysis:

Green, Ryan Grant @RyanGrant25, and maybe even second-year back DuJuan Harris @Ol_sLy_Foxx figure to be in the mix on Sunday. Grant had a great game, rushing for 80 yards on 20 carries, including two trips to the end zone. Harris also chipped in 29 yards on eight carries and a score. Given Green Bay's high-powered offense, Grant and Green are probably worth a look as a flex in deeper leagues while Harris should probably remain on the waiver wire.
