Turns out that when Titans running back Chris Johnson
missed practice on Wednesday and Thursday due to an ankle injury, the team was just giving him some extra time off. Johnson should be good to go this weekend against the Jaguars after practicing on Friday. He is listed as questionable on the injury report but is expected to play. Johnson sustained the injury in the early stages of last week's loss to the Packers, but he returned shortly thereafter and finished the game.
Fantasy Analysis:
The Jaguars have given up the second-most rushing yards and the third-most fantasy points to running backs this year. In the past few weeks, they have allowed at least 10 fantasy points to Shonn Greene, Bilal Powell and Fred Jackson. We know how inconsistent Johnson has been, but If you have CJ and if he is active, you've still got to start him as an RB2. He gained 109 yards against Jacksonville on 23 touches last month.
