FOX Sports' Jay Glazer just reported a few minutes ago that the Packers will be without wide receiver Randall Cobb
when they take on the Minnesota Vikings later today. Cobb, who sprained an ankle in Week 16, didn't practice on Wednesday or Thursday before returning to limited work on Friday. He was listed as questionable on the injury report.
Fantasy Analysis:
Cobb reportedly looked good during Friday's workout, and the Packers have a first-round bye to play for today. But they have probably decided to play it safe with their best receiver this season. This decision has been made easier with the return of Jordy Nelson
from a hamstring strain. I think both Nelson and Greg Jennings
are high-end WR3 options, at worst, against Minnesota's far below average pass defense. Aaron Rodgers
and this offense shouldn't miss a beat with Cobb sidelined today.
