The Texans aren't exactly stocked at wide receiver. Past Andre Johnson, they have Kevin Walter, who will turn 32 prior to next season and ... a blank space waiting to be filled by someone. The hope was third-round rookie DeVier Posey 
could take that step up next season. Now the Texans will be fortunate if Posey plays much at all next year. Posey tore an Achilles' tendon with about six minutes remaining in Sunday's playoff loss to the Patriots. After the game, he told John McClain of the Houston Chronicle, "It felt like I got shot. I've never felt anything like it."
Posey caught three passes for 47 yards and a touchdown on the day. He caught just six passes in 11 games during the regular season.
Fantasy Analysis:
The Texans need a serious upgrade at WR this offseason. They drafted Posey and Keshawn Martin in consecutive rounds back in April, but Martin was a big disappointment, and now they can't depend on Posey. Walter might be cut, and the rest of the guys on the roster behind Johnson are very raw. Posey needs surgery and given the nature of the injury, it's something that, at the worst, could derail his career.
