According to the San Francisco Chronicle, San Francisco police have talked to 49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree
following allegations that he sexually assaulted a women shortly after last Saturday's playoff win over the Packers. The assault allegedly took place at a San Francisco hotel in the early hours of Jan. 13. Crabtree, who has not been detained or arrested, has agreed to make himself available for further police interviews and is fully expected to play Sunday against the Falcons.
Fantasy Analysis:
More on this story as it comes along. Crabtree has looked like one of the league's best receivers since the start of December. He has 44 catches, 657 yards and touchdowns in his past six games. Right now, I think he's an easy top-12 WR for 2013. That seems like a crazy statement considering what most thought of him -- and rightfully so -- just a few months ago.
