Titans looking for two RBs to 'carry the load' next season

The Titans really need quarterback Jake Locker to make some big strides in 2013 if they want to compete for a playoff spot, but their offense still runs through Chris Johnson
. However, Johnson may not be running in it as often next season, according to running backs coach Sylvester Croom.
"I truly believe if you're serious about running the football, you've got to have two guys actually both able to carry the load during the season," Croom said during a Monday radio interview. "... If you're going to really run, I'm talking 30-plus times a game, there aren't many that can do that for 16 games anymore, their bodies can't take it."
Fantasy Analysis:
Croom is really saying the Titans to find someone better than Jamie Harper to backup Johnson. CJ should still handle the lion's share of the carries, but after a supremely disappointing season in 2011 and a peaks-and-valleys season in 2012, the Titans appear ready to give another RB meaningful, consistent work out of the backfield. Obviously, fewer touches would not be great for Johnson's value.
