Packers HC Mike McCarthy praises RB DuJuan Harris

Last season began with Cedric Benson @Cedric_Benson looking like a solid fantasy football sleeper as the starting running back of the Packers. This season, the Packers and fantasy owners could be in a similar position with another running back. Except this player is six years younger and 4 inches shorter. That would be DuJuan Harris @Ol_sLy_Foxx, a second-year undrafted free agent who got his shot during the final month of the regular season and became the Packers' leading rusher, averaging more than four yards per carry and scoring four touchdowns in six games, including playoffs.
The Packers signed Harris to their practice squad in October, something that head coach Mike McCarthy wishes would have happened sooner.
"I wish we'd have had DuJuan earlier," McCarthy said via Jason Wilde of ESPN Wisconsin. "... Once he got ready, I felt great about the way DuJuan finished the season."

Fantasy Analysis:

However, at just 5 feet 7 inches tall, Harris will inevitably be involved in some kind of committee. Heck, the Packers might even bring Benson back to go with James Starks @James44Starks and Alex Green @AGreen_20. It's a murky situation right now, but Harris looks to be the leader. He also showed pass-catching prowess along with good quickness. He'll be worth monitoring over the course of the summer and into training camp. He could be a valuable mid-round fantasy draft pick.

who cares if he is short. he will be harder to see and run with a lower center of gravity. as a packers fan, i will say he lookd great at the end of last season. he is solidly on the top of my sleeper list
