Titans QB Jake Locker, WR Kenny Britt feeling good physically

Jake Locker to Kenny Britt @KennyBritt_18 is going to have to be a common connection this season if the Titans' offense wants to put points on the board consistently. Both players saw their 2012 season marred by injury, but they are healing up and should be fine for Week 1.
According to Jim Wyatt of The Tennessean, Britt impressed his teammates during his first day of offseason workouts Monday. Britt had surgeries on both knees prior to last season and admitted he was never fully healthy. But he reportedly looked good running. Cornerback Jason McCourty said the 24-year-old wide receiver "looked like the normal Kenny Britt."
Locker underwent offseason surgery on his non-throwing shoulder. On Monday, Wyatt tweeted that doctors have cleared Locker for all non-contact activities. He is expected to be ready to go in time for May OTAs.

Fantasy Analysis:

The Titans are reportedly implementing more zone-read plays, which would help Locker's fantasy value. But his accuracy and durability remain big concerns. He should be outside of the top 20 among QBs in your draft, but he has top-15 upside if he runs more.
Locker's accuracy or lack thereof also negatively affects Britt, and those two really hasn't had a chance to develop a rapport. But any time Kenny Britt is healthy and not suspended, I'll buy low on him. I'm infatuated with his raw talent. He may end up being a wasted pick if his knees can't hold up again or if he gets fewer touchdowns than visits from police, but as a WR4, the value could be immense.
