Redskins QB Robert Griffin III says knee improving

"Each day is a better day," is what Redskins quarterback Robert Griffin III @RGIII had to say on Wednesday about his surgically repaired knee. "I'm doing great. The knee feels fine,"RGIII told reporters at an American Cancer Society luncheon to honor the wife of team owner Dan Snyder. "It's about taking it slow, and each day is a better day because the knee feels better and you do more things."

Fantasy Analysis:

Since the entire D.C. area requires 24/7 RGIII updates, figured we could share one with our fantasy football community. Obviously tracking Griffin's progress during the summer, training camp and preseason will be one of the primary story lines entering the 2013 season. Because the Redskins open on Monday Night Football, there is a sense No. 10 will be under center in Week 1. Fantasy owners certainly hope so.

Wow !!! This stud is on an freight-train to Vick-Ville. Top 3, "Cant Miss QB", when healthy, but...refuses to alter his reckless style. His slight build will never...NEVER...hold up to the beating these huge pro-level NFL defenses are going to punish him with every week. Cam Newton at 6'-5" 235 is the only QB who can get away with that style of risky play. Word to the Wise...SLIDE,SLIDE,SLIDE !!! This cat will get you to your FF play-offs every year and then WRECK your post-season, riding the pine. 5th to 7th Rnd pick, even if healthy.
