Bills WR Stevie Johnson takes part in full-team practice
Wide receiver Stevie Johnson 's back has gotten progressively better as the Bills have progressed through the offseason. A lower-back strain bothered Johnson for more than a month, but the pain had subsided enough for him to participate in some individual drills during organized team activities last week. On Tuesday, Johnson's health had improved to the point where he was able to take part in some plays, and according to Chris Brown of the Bills' official website, Johnson's back must be feeling really good because "he was not shy about turning and contorting his body to adjust to passes."
So, that's over with. Johnson needs as much time as possible to grow his relationships with new Buffalo quarterbacks Kevin Kolb and E.J. Manuel. Those two names are reason enough to avoid Johnson until the mid-to-late rounds of your draft.
