Browns TE Jordan Cameron may have hamstring injury

In an Akron Beacon Journal article that focuses on Trent Richardson's shin injury and prognosis, there is a note about another dynamic offensive player for the Browns also nursing an injury. According to the Journal's Nate Ulrich, tight end Jordan Cameron appeared to injure his left hamstring during Wednesday's practice while making a touchdown catch.
"Cameron grabbed the back of his left leg after the play and walked to the sidelines with a trainer," Ulrich wrote. "The trainer massaged Cameron's leg and wrapped it. Cameron did not participate in the rest of practice."

Fantasy Analysis:

Any time someone grabs the back of their leg, that sounds like a hamstring pull. We don't know for sure yet, but it's another bump in the road for Cameron, who missed some time because of a groin injury last month. If he does have a hamstring injury, that will probably cost him at least 2-3 weeks, so we probably won't hear of him playing football until training camp. It's not a huge deal, but Cameron is still raw to the point where he needs every rep he can get. Any time missed will stunt his growth into a major force in this league.
