The Rams have big plans for wide receiver Tavon Austin in his rookie season. They want to use his speed and versatility as much as possible, putting him all over the field to create mismatches. Considering how important he will be to the Rams' game plan, it's nice to hear that he and quarterback Sam Bradford have already developed a solid rapport.
"He looked for me a lot at practice," Austin said of Bradford during an interview with NFL Network on Friday. "He definitely believes in me and I definitely feel good about myself. He kind of talked to me, let me know the things I'm doing good, the things I'm doing bad .... I definitely believe he got a lot of trust in me and I got trust in him."
It's common knowledge that wide receiver is incredibly deep in fantasy. But the Rams are going to involve Austin often enough that he is well worth being your WR3. He even got the ball into his hands as a rusher during May OTAs.
