Browns WR Josh Gordon 'can be a superstar in this offense'

On Wednesday, Tony Grossi of ESPN Cleveland basically encapsulated Josh Gordon @JOSH_GORDONXII's future as a pro in one sentence: "Gordon can be a superstar in this offense if he can avoid drifting off the straight and narrow."
The Browns' No. 1 wide receiver drifted earlier this year and was suspended for two games for a violation of the NFL's substance-abuse policy. Gordon said the suspension stemmed from some cough syrup he took to fight off strep throat in February. The cough syrup contained the prohibited substance codeine.

Fantasy Analysis:

Gordon's ADP has inevitably dropped, and he has gone from the seventh round in May to about the ninth round now. If you can lock up two stud WRs early on -- which isn't that hard to do in 12-team drafts this year -- Gordon could make for a very valuable WR4 that you can put on your bench, and then reap the benefits starting in Week 3. But if Gordon slips up again, his penalty will be much stiffer than just two games.
