Players who returned to practice Tuesday: Hakeem Nicks, Vincent Brown, Darrius Heyward-Bey, etc.

Look, Tuesday was a big day for impactful injuries, unfortunately. So, let's focus on the positive for once.
There were quite a few notable players were back on the practice field after absences of varying extents.
Giants wide receiver Hakeem Nicks practiced for the first time since July 28 because of groin tightness.
Chargers wide receiver Vincent Brown @VincentBrown86 snapped his streak of seven missed practices due to a strained hamstring.
Colts wide receiver Darrius Heyward-Bey @theDHB85 was out for just one day because of a knee injury. It was reported that Heyward-Bey had a sprained MCL, but that turned out not to be the case.
Cardinals running back Rashard Mendenhall @R_Mendenhall resumed practicing after a couple of days off due to knee tendinitis.
Finally, Texans running back Ben Tate @BenTateRB returned to practice after nursing a sore groin since Aug. 2.

Fantasy Analysis:

My extremely quick take on each player:
Nicks has a WR1 ceiling, but a long history of injuries makes him a fine WR2.
Brown is one of my favorite mid-round picks. If he stays on the field, he will have a breakout season.
DHB is battling T.Y. Hilton to be the Colts' No. 2 WR. I'd rather have Hilton, but DHB is a nice value choice late in drafts.
Mendenhall is the Cardinals' clear-cut No. 1 RB right now. He's an RB3 for fantasy purposes.
Tate has a lot to prove after a miserable 2012. He's an RB3 or RB4 and a must-have if you draft Arian Foster.
Some of these players will undoubtedly miss future practices because of one ailment or another. But be thankful that all of them are well enough to do their job right now.
