Foot injury will keep Colts TE Dwayne Allen out a couple of weeks

Colts tight end Dwayne Allen @Dallen83 has a foot injury that will force him to miss the next couple of weeks, according to Mike Chappell of the Indianapolis Star. Clark was recently seen on crutches and with his foot in a boot, but head coach Chuck Pagano said he expects Allen to play come Week 1 versus the Raiders.

Fantasy Analysis:

Allen has been out of action since late last week. No word has been given on the specifics of his injury, but it sounds like a possible sprained foot. Allen had a better rookie season than fellow Colts tight end Coby Fleener @CobyFleener, but even before Allen got hurt, it's Fleener who should be getting drafted first among the two in fantasy. He's the better athlete, and he should feel very comfy in Pep Hamilton's offense since Hamilton was his OC at Stanford. Pagano has already talked about getting Fleener more involved this year. Allen's injury only improves Fleener's sleeper appeal.
