Broncos QB Peyton Manning appears physically improved
This is in the same vein as what we heard about Peyton Manning's arm strength back in May. But it's still amazing to read this kind of stuff about a 37-year-old future Hall of Famer who, after turning in one of the best seasons of his career, could be getting better.
The Denver Post's Mike Klis wrote Sunday that Manning "appears improved physically" over his 2012 self. And wide receiver Eric Decker added "it looks like [Manning is] feeling a lot better than he did a year ago."
I won't say that Manning matching or surpassing 37 touchdowns and 4,600 yards again is a definite. But he certainly has a chance to do that with his dangerous receiving weapons, familiarity with the Broncos' offense and increased health. FFToolbox ranked Manning as its No. 4 QB.
