Jets RB Chris Ivory expected to make preseason debut Saturday

Here's another player returning from injury that I am looking forward to watching this weekend. Jets running back Chris Ivory @ivory_29, who has missed the majority of training camp due to a hamstring strain, is expected to play Saturday versus the Jaguars. He has been going through full practice recently and has been pain-free in that hamstring for more than a week.

Fantasy Analysis:

Ivory is clearly the most appealing option on the Jets from a fantasy standpoint. He was oft-injured during his three seasons in New Orleans, but he was ultimately productive when he was on the field. Those injuries are largely a consequence of his hard-charging style of play, but that's Chris Ivory. The Jets see him as a poor man's Marshawn Lynch. Obviously, his fantasy stock would go up if he was part of a better offense, but just based on opportunity alone, Ivory is a strong RB3. He could end up with a plentiful number of touchdowns and is being selected late in the sixth round of 12-team drafts on average.
