Big news: Cowboys WR Miles Austin hasn't strained a hamstring yet

Cowboys wide receiver Miles Austin @MilesAustinIII missed six games in 2011 due to separate injuries to both hamstrings. In 2012, he didn't miss a game, but his hamstrings bothered him from the preseason on, leading to a relatively disappointing season.
This year? Nothing yet! Austin told Tim MacMahon of ESPN Dallas that he is healthy and made adjustments to his offseason training regimen in an attempt to prevent further hamstring problems. Head coach Jason Garrett said Austin has regained his quickness and explosiveness.

Fantasy Analysis:

We have probably seen the best of Austin from a statistical standpoint, especially with Dez Bryant @DezBryant turning into a supernova. He and Jason Witten @JasonWitten dominate the targets from Tony Romo while Austin is the No. 3 man. That's still not a bad gig in Dallas' pass-first offense, and Austin makes for a nice WR3 or WR4 in fantasy leagues. The hamstring history knocked down his draft stock, giving him some good value in the middle rounds.
