Bills QB E.J. Manuel healthy, will start Sunday

Bills head coach Doug Marrone announced Wednesday that rookie quarterback E.J. Manuel @EJManuel3 will start Sunday versus the Patriots. Marrone said earlier in the week that Manuel will start if he is 100 percent following his knee scope from a few weeks. In fact, Marrone said Wednesday that Manuel is "110 percent."

Fantasy Analysis:

Don't expect Manuel to lose the job for the rest of the season unless he is felled by another injury. His mobility adds to his fantasy value, but Manuel is only a QB2 in exceptionally deep leagues.
