Report: Patriots TE Rob Gronkowski's Week 4 outlook is 'not optimistic'

Maybe we were reading too much into Rob Gronkowski @RobGronkowski's "improvement" on the injury report from doubtful to questionable last week. While it stands to reason that he is getting healthier, he still may not be ready to play. Gronkowski practiced in limited fashion on Wednesday and Thursday, but a source tells Pro Football Talk's Mike Florio that "the outlook currently is not optimistic" for Gronkowski to play Sunday night against the Falcons.

Fantasy Analysis:

I expect Gronkowski to once again be listed as questionable, and he should be in your lineup if he is active. The problem there is that we won't know if Gronk is active until late Sunday afternoon. If you have someone such as Tony Gonzalez @TonyGonzalez88 or Charles Clay @C42Clay, perhaps you can wait. But this is a sign that you should play it safe and keep Gronk on your bench for yet another week.
