Bears TE Martellus Bennett will be game-time decision Thursday night

Chicago Bears head coach Marc Trestman announced tight end Martellus Bennett will be a game-time decision for Thursday night's game against the New York Giants. Bennett continues to recover from a knee injury in the meantime.

Fantasy Analysis:

Bennett suffered what appeared to be a not-too-serious injury last week against the Saints. In that game, he caught five receptions for a modest 56 yards. It's been a little quiet recently statistically for the former Dallas Cowboys tight end. Bennett remains a low TE1 and should be a starter in most leagues. The Bears' offense is playing much better football this season and it's best to keep the key playmakers like Matt Forte @MattForte22, Brandon Marshall @BMarshall, Alshon Jeffery @AJJeffery1 and even Bennett in the starting lineup every single week
