Eagles QB Michael Vick says his hamstring injury is 'pretty bad'
This is your latest not-so-subtle hint that Eagles quarterback Nick Foles will get his second consecutive start Sunday versus the Cowboys. According to Reuben Frank of CSN Philly, Michael Vick said Tuesday that his hamstring injury "was a pretty bad pull," and he feels it whenever he tries to run with burst. This follows in the shadow of comments Vick made Saturday in which he said he is facing a "long road" back to full health.
Coming off a four-touchdown outing against the Buccaneers, Foles is a low-end QB1 in a possible shootout versus Dallas. He is currently ranked 13th in FFToolbox's QB rankings for Week 7. Vick is not close to playing, and there is a chance -- albeit a small one, I think -- that he loses his job if Foles continues to play like he did in Week 6.
