Jaguars WR Justin Blackmon returns to practice; WR Cecil Shorts will be game-time decision

Jaguars wide receiver Justin Blackmon @JustBlack81 practiced on Thursday after taking a day off to rest his groin/hamstring injury. The same couldn't be said for wide receiver Cecil Shorts @CecilShortsIII. He has a sprained clavicle joint and will be a game-time decision for Sunday's matchup with the Chargers.

Fantasy Analysis:

Don't plan on having Shorts active this week. He said Thursday he is in so much pain that it's hard for him to sleep, and he still needs assistance taking his jersey on and off. With or without Shorts, Blackmon is locked in as a WR1. Even after holding the Colts out of the end zone on Monday night, the Chargers have allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to wide receivers, and quarterback Chad Henne seems to have tunnel vision for Blackmon. He could very easily have another game with 15-20 targets.
