Bills 'feel good' about RB C.J. Spiller playing Sunday
The Bills played it smart with C.J. Spiller last week, allowing his injured ankle to rest instead of putting it through more punishment. He may still be limited this Sunday against the Chiefs, but he is on track to play, and head coach Doug Marrone said Thursday, "I feel good" about Spiller playing. He went through limited practice on Wednesday and Thursday.
Still, Spiller is a risky start because we don't know for sure if he will actually play or if he will have a very small role in the offense. However, if you can afford to wait until Sunday with him, do so. The Chiefs are really solid against the run, so even if Spiller plays, he's probably a flex at best.
