Steelers WR Antonio Brown benched near end of game

According to Gerry Dulac of the Pittsburgh Post-Gazette, Steelers wide receiver Antonio Brown @AntonioBrown84 was benched at the end of last week's game due to a missed assignment that led to an interception. With less than four minutes to play, QB Ben Roethlisberger threw a deep pass to Brown which led to an interception by New England's Duron Harmon. There was no Steeler receiver anywhere near the ball and it was an easy pick for Harmon.

Fantasy Analysis:

At such a key moment of the game, a mental mistake is unacceptable. Brown was on the outside and started to fade inside as the ball was being thrown. The interception more or less sealed what ended up being a huge win for the Patriots. New England's 55 points were the highest offensive total of the season for any team. Brown remains a no-doubt-about-it WR1 every week. It's just unfortunate his mistake was so glaring at a crucial point of the game.
