Bengals TE Jermaine Gresham was running full speed before game

Cincinnati Bengals tight end Jermaine Gresham @JGresham84 was able to run routes at full speed before Sunday's eventual loss to the Baltimore Ravens. The team decided to play it safe and keep Gresham on the sidelines. This decision allowed rookie TE Tyler Eifert @EiferTy85 to see a lot more playing time and a lot more targets. The 23-year-old saw 10 targets, but "only" caught three passes for 55 yards. Gresham looks like he will return in Week 11.

Fantasy Analysis:

Eifert's big day for targets will be difficult to reproduce once Gresham returns. The pair have relatively similar stats up to this point. Gresham has 46 targets, 33 receptions, 321 yards and a TD and Eifert has 49-30-362-1. Neither player is really producing well enough to merit much fantasy consideration on a week-to-week basis. If Gresham suffers a setback before the Bengals' next game, Eifert might be worth a look in deeper formats.
