Buccaneers want WR Vincent Jackson to get more touches

A football team wants its best offensive player to touch the ball as much as possible. Sounds simple enough, but the Buccaneers have had a tough time accomplishing that feat wit wide receiver Vincent Jackson @VincentTJackson recently. Jackson racked up a combined five catches for 39 yards in his last two games. That just can't continue, according to head coach Greg Schiano.
"We need to make sure [Jackson] gets his touches because he's a dynamic player," Schiano said earlier this week. "You're talking about a Pro Bowl player.
"And, certainly, with the loss of some (of our) weapons offensively, defenses are really going to key on him now. That's a fact of life. But get over it and find a way to get him the ball. That's what we have to do."

Fantasy Analysis:

Jackson gets a pass since those poor outputs came versus two tough defensive backfields: Seattle and Miami. He crushed the Falcons earlier this year for 10 catches, 138 yards and two touchdowns back in Week 7, and he gets them again this Sunday at home. Quarterback Mike Glennon is not against just chucking up a pass and seeing if Jackson can come down with it. With an emphasis placed on making sure he gets the ball, Jackson is set for a gigantic game. He is a WR1 for Week 11.
