Bears RB Matt Forte returns to practice Thursday, on track to play Sunday
Bears running back Matt Forte was able to go through limited practice Thursday after resting his hyperextended knee yesterday. Head coach Marc Trestman said Wednesday that he was "optimistic" about Forte playing this Sunday against the Vikings. It seems like he has good reason to be optimistic.
Forte will likely put in another limited session tomorrow, but there is no reason to be concerned about him missing Week 13. Forte is a must-start against a Vikings defense that has allowed the fifth-most fantasy points to running backs this season.
