Broncos RB Knowshon Moreno practices Thursday

There was an encouraging sight for all Broncos fans at Thursday's practice: The presence of running back Knowshon Moreno @knowshonmoreno. He went through limited practice. Moreno's status for Week 13 is up in the air after he sustained a deep bone bruise in his right ankle during Sunday's loss to the Patriots, but today's activity bodes well for his chances of playing Sunday versus the Chiefs.

Fantasy Analysis:

Moreno isn't out of the woods yet, but it's pretty telling that he was able to practice before Friday. Now we'll see if he makes it through the end of the week without an aggravation or too much soreness. Moreno is an RB1 if he is active in Kansas City, but he will likely be a game-time decision. Those of you who just picked up Montee Ball need to sit tight and let this situation develop. We will have a clearer picture tomorrow.
