Vikings RB Adrian Peterson listed as questionable, expected to play

Oh, Matt Asiata. We hardly knew ye. While the out-of-nowhere star in Week 15 may not play this Sunday due to an ankle injury, running back Adrian Peterson @AdrianPeterson is expected to return versus the Bengals following an absence due to a sprained foot. He went through limited practice Friday and is officially listed as questionable.

Fantasy Analysis:

Peterson said he was "ready to roll," but he said the same thing last week. What's different is that head coach Leslie Frazier said he expected Peterson to play, and there seems to be much more optimism this week that Peterson will do that. So, which the "Q" tag means we'll need to check on Peterson's status Sunday morning, his fantasy owners should feel safe putting him in their lineups. Asiata and Toby Gerhart are also listed as questionable, but they will have zero fantasy value if Peterson suits up. You're obviously rolling with him even though the Bengals have been strong against the run all season long.
