Jets TE Kellen Winslow facing drug possession charges

Um, I'm not sure if this helps a football player's open-market value.
Jets tight end Kellen Winslow appeared in a New Jersey courtroom Wednesday for a pre-trial hearing on charges of possession of synthetic marijuana. The actual charge -- possession of a controlled dangerous substance -- is a third-degree offense and could lead to Winslow spending up to five years in prison if convicted.
According to the Morristown Daily Record via Rich Cimini of ESPN New York, Winslow was allegedly found to be carrying the drug on Nov. 19, two days after his first game following a four-game suspension for violating the NFL's policy on performance-enhancing drugs.
Winslow caught 31 passes, 388 yards and two touchdowns in 12 games for the Jets this season. He is slated to be a free agent this March.

Fantasy Analysis:

With his history of major knee problems and now multiple drug offenses (allegedly), I can't imagine which team would give "The Soldier" another chance. He will turn 31 years old in July.
