Eagles QB Michael Vick 'very badly' wants to start next season

Michael Vick @MikeVick's 2013 season was forgettable. More likely, it's already forgotten. Seriously, do you remember how Vick played in six starts this season? The incredible and sudden emergence of Nick Foles @NFoles8 turned Vick into faint memory in Philadelphia.
Vick, a free agent to-be, talked to Les Bowen of the Philadelphia Daily News on Thursday and said he will have to move on to a new city in 2014. But no matter where he signs, Vick "very badly wants chance to start," according to Bowen.
Vick scored seven touchdowns and committed five turnovers this year. He completed 54.6 percent of his throws and ran for a touch more than 300 yards. One final number: Vick will turn 34 years old this June.

Fantasy Analysis:

A handful of teams need a quarterback, and while Vick is no longer a franchise player, he would be a nice pickup for a team that would like to stay competitive and have a veteran at the helm while the future learns from the sidelines. His job title will depend largely on the number of years and dollars he wants. If Vick is unreasonable, he could end with a one-year, take-it-or-leave-it deal and back in a second-string role. But I don't think we've seen the last of him as a starter.
Vick's fantasy value is on hold right now. At best, he will be a mid-range QB2 at the beginning of next season.
