Packers QB Aaron Rodgers' collarbone is pain-free
At the bottom of an article about Aaron Rodgers and new Packers quarterbacks coach Alex Van Pelt comes this little tidbit that we pretty much assumed but is still nice to hear: Aaron Rodgers is healthy. Rodgers said recently that the collarbone he fractured in November "feels good. I don't have any issues.
Rodgers missed seven games due to the injury, but returned for a division-clinching win over the Bears in Week 17.
Rodgers is only 30 years old and has been a model of high-level consistency for the past four or five seasons. Write off the left collarbone injury as a freak occurrence, and expect Rodgers to tack on another season with 35-40 touchdowns in 2014.
