Peter King: Ravens RB Ray Rice will likely be disciplined if he hit fiancée

You've seen the security-camera video of Ray Rice @RayRice27 dragging his clearly unconscious fiancée out of a hotel elevator. What we haven't seen -- but what police reportedly have -- is video proof that Rice knocked her unconscious. If it is proven,'s Peter King says Rice will likely have to pay a price.
"And regardless of the circumstances, if Rice did lay a hand on (Janay) Palmer, he'll be branded an abuser and likely face league or team discipline beach of it. And rightfully so."

Fantasy Analysis:

Rice hasn't violated the league's personal conduct policy before, but even on his first offense, the NFL can choose to suspend him. Rice and Palmer are expected to be in court on Tuesday morning to face simple assault-domestic violence charges. Rice's roster spot doesn't appear to be in danger at the moment, but this story seems to be far from over.
