Broncos re-sign WR Andre Caldwell for 2 seasons

A small signing to report before we see some of the bigger ones become official very soon.
The Broncos have re-signed wide receiver Andre Caldwell @caldwell87 to a two-year contract worth a maximum value of $3.45 million, according to Pro Football Talk. Caldwell registered 16 catches for 200 yards and three touchdowns last season. Caldwell saw more playing time while Wes Welker @WesWelker was absent due to a concussion, and a good chunk of his production came during a two-touchdown performance against the Chargers in Week 15.
Caldwell, who will turn 29 in April, has never gained more than 432 receiving yards in any of his six seasons.

Fantasy Analysis:

Caldwell represents nice insurance for the Broncos as Eric Decker @EricDecker87 appears all but gone. But Caldwell won't come close to putting up Decker-type numbers; he is a very mediocre NFL wide receiver with a very small amount of fantasy value, barring injuries to Denver's receiving corps.
