RB Ryan Williams says he's signing with Cowboys

Running back Ryan Williams @lilsweetness34 has been in the NFL since 2011, and injuries have wrecked his career. A torn patellar tendon wiped out his rookie season before it even started. A shoulder injury limited him to just five games in 2012, and then Williams was a healthy scratch for all of last season. Williams is looking to for a fresh start in 2014, and he'll try to get it with the Cowboys. Williams wrote on Twitter on Saturday that he will be joining the Cowboys just a few days after being released by the Cardinals.

Fantasy Analysis:

I loved this kid coming out of the 2011 draft, but the facts are he has been sabotaged by his own body. And it's not a great endorsement when a team whose lead running back is Rashard Mendenhall decides not to play you even when you are healthy. Williams will compete against the likes of Lance Dunbar @Dunbar_CDB5 and Joseph Randle @JRAN_1 for a job backing up DeMarco Murray @DeMarcoMurray. He is far, far away from having any fantasy value.
