Cardinals WR Michael Floyd off to impressive start in OTAs

I know I've said it here often recently, but what can you learn from how a player performs during football activities that take place in May? No matter your answer, at least it's nice to hear that a player who began breaking out last year is beginning 2014 in a strong way.
Kent Somers of AZCentral Sports took in Day 1 of Cardinals OTAs on Tuesday and came away stating that wide receiver Michael Floyd @MichaelMFloyd was the "most impressive" player on the field. Somers wrote that Floyd "caught everything" even when he was matched up against shutdown cornerback Patrick Peterson @RealPeterson21.

Fantasy Analysis:

Floyd got off to a slow statistical start in 2013 as he didn't catch his first touchdown until Week 6. He didn't even top 90 yards in a game until Week 11. Yet, he still ended up with more than 1,000 yards and five scores. The Cardinals didn't do anything to address their quarterback position in the draft other than using a fourth-round pick on project QB Logan Thomas. So, Floyd is stuck with Carson Palmer for at least another year. That will lead to some frustrating box scores, but Floyd should be able to easily crack the top 20 among fantasy WRs.
