Frank Gore sprains an ankle after tremendous outing

San Francisco 49er Frank Gore had a monster day against the Seattle Seahawks on Sunday. He ran for 207 yards on 16 carries and two touchdowns. But as the game ended, he was in the X-ray room, getting his ankle looked at. Gore sprained an ankle late in the game, but the team doesn't seem too worried and even Gore said after the game that he will be fine for the Niners' week three game at Minnesota.

It will be a tough matchup for Gore, but you can't bet against him now. Gore has always been pretty tough when it comes to injuries. Gore is always nicked up and may miss a game or two during the season, but he will fight through a lot of things. This ankle injury doesn't seem to be anything that can hold him back.
