49ers WR Michael Crabtree totally over last year's Achilles tear

49ers wide receiver Michael Crabtree @KingCrab15 was able to play last season after tearing an Achilles tendon in May, but he wasn't himself. His teammates will tell you that. Crabtree played in five regular-season games and caught 19 passes for 284 yards. Now, he's back to being the Michael Crabtree who had a breakout season in 2012.
"At the end of last year he still wasn't 100 percent," quarterback Colin Kaepernick @Kaepernick7 said of Crabtree earlier this week. "He has a lot more burst to him now. Looks really good."
Fellow wideout Anquan Boldin @AnquanBoldin agrees. "He's a lot more explosive. I just see him being back to his old self."

Fantasy Analysis:

Health is no longer an issue for Crabtree. Now, it's his own team. At least, it could be a problem for fantasy purposes. The 49ers are stocked an impressive ensemble of receiving targets. Crabtree is probably San Fran's No. 1 wideout by name, but in an offense with Anquan Boldin, Stevie Johnson @StevieJohnson13, and Vernon Davis @VernonDavis85 -- and one that is still structured around its running attack -- inconsistent stats will probably be the norm for Crabtree this season. His current average draft position is as the No. 17 WR. I think that's too high.
