Bills RB Fred Jackson to lose carries
Bills beat writer Joe Buscaglia is stating what most are thinking. Fred Jackson is in the last year of his contract and 33 years old. Buffalo also acquired free agent Anthony Dixon and Bryce Brown from the Eagles in the offseason.
Jackson's main value was always as a goal-line back. C.J. Spiller has issues staying healthy and thus, Fred Jackson had to start games. His 207/896/9 rushing line should be viewed as an anomaly. Spiller has the brightest future in Buffalo and Brown could steadily chip away at Jackson's carries.
