Lions WR Golden Tate: The sky is the limit for me in Detroit

Lions wide receiver Golden Tate @ShowtimeTate fully understands how different his new offense operates compared to the one he came from in Seattle.
"I have a chance to catch a ton more balls," he said Monday on ESPN's First Take via NFL.com's Mike Coppinger. "I'm going to see a lot of single coverage. I'm probably going to see a lot of No. 2 and No. 3 cornerbacks because everyone's going to be on [Calvin Johnson @Bigplaycj].
"I'm excited. I think the sky's the limit. I think it's going to get back to the old Golden."

Fantasy Analysis:

The Lions won't throw it quite as much with Scott Linehan now calling the plays in Dallas. But the drop shouldn't be too severe as the new offensive coordinator is Joe Lombardi, a Sean Payton disciple from New Orleans. Regardless, no team has thrown fewer passes over the past two seasons than the Seahawks. There is no doubt that Tate's numbers will rise in Detroit. He set easily attainable career-highs with 64 catches and 898 yards last year. As Tate referenced, defenses can't afford to pay a lot attention to him with Johnson and Reggie Bush @reggie_bush streaking down the field. With his quickness and big-play ability, I think Tate is a steal with his current low-end WR3 ADP.
