Calvin Johnson to be game-time decision

Haven't we seen this story before? Detroit Lions wide receiver Calvin Johnson (who has missed the team's past two games with a knee injury) practiced for the second consecutive day on Thursday, but he will probably be a game-time decision for Sunday's game against the Seattle Seahawks, according to head coach Jim Schwartz.
