Ronnie Brown on crutches after winThe Miami Dolphins have just three days to prepare for their game at the Carolina Panthers on Thursday night. That means that running back Ronnie Brown has three days to heal fast enough so that he can play in that game. Brown hurt his right ankle in the third quarter against the Tampa Bay Buccaneers on Sunday. He limped off the field, was assisted off the field by teammates and later hobbled to the locker room during Miami's 25-23 win. Brown was on crutches following the game and it's unclear how long he'll have them. X-rays turned out to be negative, but Brown will undergo an MRI on Monday. Brown is the Dolphins' leading rusher this season and the triggerman on most of their wildcat plays. He ran for 82 yards and a touchdown Sunday.
